ElioCore Group ("ElioCore", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is intended to comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions: your name, work email address, company name (optional), the product or service you're interested in, and the message you write.
- Direct email: if you email us, we receive whatever information you choose to send.
- We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare proposals or arrange calls.
- To operate and secure the website (for example, spam-prevention measures such as a hidden honeypot field).
- We never sell your personal information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Third-party processors
This website is hosted on Vercel Inc. infrastructure, and contact form messages are delivered to us via the Resend email service. Your submission passes through these providers' systems solely to host the site and deliver your message to our inbox.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up business it leads to. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights (POPIA)
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@eliocore.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Access credentials for our systems are stored as encrypted environment variables and are never committed to source code.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, for example by adding website analytics, we will update this page and the date above.
